Two positions open in manofwar

Manofwar is a standard game on the Imperial map with white-grey 
press, heading into the fall of 1870 (midgame). Britain and France 
are both up for replacement. Britain is at a steady 17 centers/17 
units, operating in two theaters with a slight chance to link up 
both. France has a whopping 60 centers and 59 units, was on its way 
to solo before a fairly united front (and a few CD's) put a brake on 
it. Good material for the astute diplomat.
