Opening in fog_of_war (China)

The Imperial game fog_of_war has been one of the most interesting games I
have ever mastered.  From the beginning, things have gone most strangely
compared to most Imperial games I have played or mastered.  The difference
here is the use of TOUCH_PRESS with YELLOW_PRESS that allows players to only
communicate securely with powers they are touching, but allows rumors to be
sent to other parts of the globe.  That combined with VENETIAN_BLIND makes
misinformation a huge part of the deception that takes place.  CHINA is
currently up for grabs in that game, and while I can't say much about the
position, you will not be a quick victim to surrounding powers.  To join,
