Continuation of private game?

My second-ever FTF game of Diplomacy broke up due to it being 4:30 
in the morning and people having work the next day. After that, some 
of the (college) crowd left town since exams are over. So, I used 
one of the maps in the box to record the current position, and I'm 
hoping to set the continuation of the game up as a game on the 
DPJudge.

I've created the game, and a status file, and I am waiting for them 
to register with DPPD. First question: is this even a good idea? Or 
is there somewhere better to go?

Second question: is it acceptable for me to GM the game myself 
without getting blacklisted? The players trusted me as the "order-
proofreader" anyway in the FTF game. Is there any way for me to 
avoid receiving info via e-mail that I don't want?

Third question: here is how I have tentatively set up the powers in 
the status file... how did I do? It says "BAD PLAYER DATA" for 
everyone but me, and I assume it is because of the NO-ID thing. I'll 
be manually tossing in the ID once they register.
