Two 1900 games need replacements

Games 'hobbesian_i' and 'hobbesian_ii' both need replacements - both
have suffered from too frequent resignations, so it'd be greatly
appreciated by all if you'd join up.

Both games are fake-press; only the former is no_draw.  The former is
looking for a new Turkey (8/8) in 1908; the latter needs a new Italy
(5/5) in 1904.
