1900 game 'darkroom' created

Dear trustworthy diplomats,

did you ever feel the urge to lie?  Lie not only about your plans for
the future but also about past moves and present positions?  Here is
your chance to make that dream come true:

"A MYOPIC game is a BLIND game except that players never see any units
other than their own."

I threw in friendly_fire, weak_bounces and weak_convoys as well - just
for fun.  Restricting press to grey broadcasts should help to avoid
the creation of too much trust. ;)
