Well-paced standard games forming.

Hey all,

The series 'bokonon', a standard white/grey FTF press series named 
after a character in Kurt Vonnegut's book "Cat's Cradle," is 
continuing with the creation of two new games, bokonon_03 and 
bokonon_04. The ruleset is designed to keep the games moving, and is 
as follows:

2-day deadlines, but never on weekends.
FTF_PRESS, SMART_CD, WHITE_GREY, NO_MINOR_WAIT, PROPOSE_DIAS

We only do replacements in 1901 or if a power has had a net gain in 
supply centers. So, no worrying about filling the position of a two-
center Austria that quit as they were dying. Also, when there is an 
opening, I post it here to get it filled as quickly as possible.

The results of this ruleset? bokonon_01 has moved about 6 years in 6 
weeks, bokonon_02 slightly faster. Additionally, a list of dedicated 
players will be kept for invitational bokonon games to be held in 
the future.
