Newbie question

I'm new to DP Judge Diplomacy. I've read the FAQs and stuff and I'm
pretty sure I know what to do to get into a game. However, I have a
question about the game listings themselves.

First, what does the time information mean? Here's an example:

Move    clock 1410 min  0.00 next  72.00 grace  48.00 delay 0.50 days
-mTWTF-

I can guess at some of this but I'd rather not guess.

Also, what does it mean when a game is listed as "different site"?
