Colonial is clearly marked as "testing" and not even yet listed among
the variants on the DPjudge home page. Unless you were invited by
Manus to test it, I'd say you wait until it's officially released.
Lots of other variants to choose from in the meantime. Try Canton for
example, which is Colonial scaled down to the size of Standard and
masterly done so, if you ask me.
