Opening -- imperial, Austria

I have an abandoned and ailing but very defensible Austrian position 
on the imperial map that is just begging for someone to come in and 
turn it around. I haven't been reading press, but from looking at the 
map it appears they face uncoordinated attacks from France and Prussia 
(where Prussia holds most of France) but have a strong Turkish 
alliance that seems to have held out despite some civil disorder 
issues.

11 SCs, Fall 1868. The game is "kiwi2," and I remove people who miss 
two moves. Anyone up for it? Send in a TAKEOVER.

Ah -- and the abandoned Holland will be a dummy, as soon as Austria 
takes over, since they are below 6 SCs after this retreat phase ends. 
So the game essentially starts as soon as you join.
