Replacement Austria wanted for public press game

Are people still reading this group? The last non-spam post is from 
the middle of July.

If you are reading this, then give taking over this position some 
consideration. The game is shiftaround, but the early travelling part 
is mostly over. Austria is technically in charge of eight centres, but 
two of them will be lost after the current retreat phase.
