Drop on by wwww.diplom.org  There is a great resource for you to start
with.  There is a zine with overr 10 years of articles, information on
Face to Face games, Email games and much more.

As well there is an electronic judge there to get started on a game. 
Once there, click on the DPjudge.  From there you can create an
account and start a game..
