takeovers

Hi there

recent conversations notwithstanding, there has been a
plague of player - drops, and if people could consider
taking over any of the following 3 powers, that would
be apprecated by the 30 players (cumulative) that are
waiting around....

none of these takeovers is from a hopeless position
(in fact, all are in pretty good shape.)
