3 Takeover opportunities, and 2 open games

Hi there

There is a fair mixture of "normal" and "unique" games
here.  Please do look through the list, and I hope
many of you sign up. I'm listing these games in order
of how many people are waiting, and how long.

(The payola game is the last on the list, washdc_20)

washdc_19 is a pretty standard 1900 game.
S1901M (one year has passed) and Austria has 4 SCs

F1865M (4.5 years have passed) and CSA has 9 SCs

washdc_15 is a Venetian Blind Imperial game
S1863R (2.5 years have passed) and Britain is to be
replaced.  The SC count cannot be revealed publicly
due to the game's Blind nature.

NEW GAMES

washdc_14 is Crystal Ball Imperial
This will be the most mind-bending game ever, 13
powers trying to predict what the others will do, and
anticipate them.  It is NOT Blind.
Currently there are 9/13 players signed up.

washdc_20 is "Tin Cup" or Blind Payola on the 1900 map
(unless people would prefer Youngstown, but I thought
getting 10 players a bit... less likely)
