Game 'enoddip_redux' missing a strongly-placed Russia

Game 'enoddip_redux' is a white-partial press game on the Modern map. 
Heading for F2006M, we're missing a Russia currently standing at 11/11.
The game is pretty close, with several powers having real chances either to 
win or at least influence the result - you'll basically be playing a 
mid-game to end-game, rather than bothering with all that messy Openings 
stuff.
The game's been plagued with abandonments in the past - we're currently 
looking for our 3rd Russia, for example - so anyone who takes over will be 
greeted warmly, even if they stab everyone and win.
