Game 'musical_chairs' needs a France

'Musical_Chairs' is the first ever shiftaround game to have got started on 
USDP - and to my knowledge remains the only standard (i.e. non-payola or 
xtalball) to have got going. It's currently waiting for the S1902M phase to 
process and we're without a France.
The French position is quite reasonable, no retreats or disbands have been 
required of him, so you'll still have 3 units to play with.

Shiftaround is often described as the most balanced of the 3 shift variants, 
and it's certainly a lot of fun to follow. A very different game to your 
run-of-the-mill Diplomacy all round.

So have a look at the position, send in the Takeover command and hopefully 
I'll see you on the battlefield.
