Top and advance sounds good on paper, but in practice, the games get rather
loopy when several people on the board realize they have nothing to play for
and throw their dots.

Only board toppers advance to the finals, so I doubt there will be too many
touchy-feely dr*ws in this round, thank the Diplogods.

Too bad we can't dig up 2401 players and 343 GMs.  I'd love to see a 4
round, top-and-advance tournament.
