Itamar, I tend to agree with you on your approach to metagaming, especially now that we're beyond the team portion of the tournament. I guess the point of my messages was to suggest that late metagaming in these games isn't likely to succeed anyway (at least in the case of the examples given). Late throws in this winner take all format are basically inevitable, but I would hope in most cases they are done due to in game dynamics, not cross game ones.
