Julio is DEFINITELY the most sucessful dip-recruiting of all history! ;-)
Luiz Bayard recruited him!  The same Luiz Bayard that also recruited me for 
WM99! :-)

But putting him (Julio) on the team was a personal choice of mine! :-)
I admit I am really proud of being his captain! ;-))
