I agree with you there, Len.  For all the people whose teams were out of 
the running for top honors, it makes sense to assure entry into the 3rd 
round.  Anything above that is unnecessary, and might draw unwanted 
attention. 

Of course, REAL MEN wear the bullseye and win anyway.  ;^)
