Hi folks, Firstly, my apologies for not replying to those of you who have written to me since the Fall adjudication. I will be writing soon. Secondly, my apologies for the NMRing in the last movement season, whether or not you are my ally! ;-) Thirdly, my apologies to Frank for taking up so much of his time since that adjudication. Mea culpa, mea culpa, mea maxima culpa. The reason I didn't write earlier is that I have been discussing with Frank the circumstances of my NMR. I didn't want to explain why it happened in several separate replies rather than a group e-mail. Without going into great detail, I had a busy week last week and didn't submit my usual prelims. Instead, I posted my Fall orders late on Sunday night, well before the deadline. I didn't spot the lack of a confirmation from Frank, so when I was NMR'd I promptly forwarded those orders from my sent folder. Unfortunately, this is not acceptable in itself on without a [email protected] post. As soon as I was appraised of this I accepted Frank's ruling and submitted a retreat so that the game could carry on. What I have learned from this is that it is vital to use the [email protected] facility here and I would encourage all of you to join me in using it. Once again, sorry for the inconvenience.
