England: Seven, Even.
France: Three, Remove One.
Germany: Six, Build One.
Italy: One, Remove One.
Russia: Seven, Even.
Turkey: Three, Even.

I realize that this is a weekend deadline but you should all have all of 
Friday to make your decisions.  I will be away with my son on a visit to 
his college on Sunday afternoon and all day Monday so I will not be able to 
respond or make any adjudications then so I would like to get this done 
sooner so as to proceed with the game.  If the time becomes an issue, I'm 
sure you will tell me.
