WM Semifinal 1 Fall 1906 retreats adjudication

All,

although Steve already broadcasted his retreat I won't be able to 
adjudicate earlier than in 24 hours from now (due to tourney rules).

As for some maths regarding the timetable: We still have sixteen weeks to 
go and another six years in front of us. Taking extensions into account we 
should finish at some point in the beginning of October which is just 
fine. If anyone of you is attending WDC or has a vacation planned without 
a replacement player let me know in advance please.

I will be visiting friends tomorrow in the evening to play some silly 
games via a LAN what means I'll travel with my computer but can't 
guarantee that I will adjudicate on time.

needed after a fall phase the adjustments generally happen 24 hours 
earlier. There will always be at last 24 hours between adjudications. The 
retreat and adjustment deadlines are only indications and really mean 
exactly 24 hours after the last adjudication took place.
