WM02-SEMIFINAL 4 - Declare a re-start !!!

I know it's been awhile since anyone has heard from me, as I have been silently observing from the sidelines -- which I believe is the traditional role for players in my position -- but I am unaccustomed to it and now I feel I must speak out.

For a while there the allegations and acrimony appeared to be on the verge of reaching the point that any subsequent "victory" would be so tarnished such that no one could advance to the Finals.

That all seems to have died down and you're all back to the business of playing Diplomacy.

I would like to discourage such behavior, and perhaps offer some witty sarcasm of my own:

The only solution is to declare a re-start to this game and bring back all 7 players to their Spring 1901 positions.  I will even volunteer to play Austria again (I probably could use another lesson anyway).

If everyone agrees, I will submit my orders before the next deadline.
