All,

thanks for broadcasting your retreats as proposed. Next deadline on Monday
of course stands.

I promised to present you guys some thoughts about our schedule as at
least one player was a bit worried that we may not make it. Deadline for
the Semis is October 16th and we have another delay from 14th till 29th of
August.

I'd like to have Spring 1909 movement deadline on Monday, 16th despite the
absences. As for retreats it'll be best if I'd get them as conditionals
(from absent players) in order to be ready for Fall 1909 after the
timeout. Provided this works the next turn should be on 1st of September.
Aferwards we will have one shorter turn on the 07th and are then back to
our weekly schedule with deadlines on Monday(next one then 13th of
September - Fall 1910). fall 1912 would be due on October 11th exactly
five days before the deadline for the Semifinal games. I hope that yoU're
all a bit easier now about our keeping the schedule.

If my August plan doesn't work for one of the absent players please let me
know NOW. If someone else is planning a longer timeout (and still has his
week left) before October 16th let me know NOW as well. And now on to the
adjudication, which is once more quick and dirty thanks to only two
retreats. If one of you needs a map let me know.

earlier. There will always be at last 24 hours between adjudications. The
retreat and adjustment deadlines are only indications and really mean
exactly 24 hours after the last adjudication took place.
