WM02SF02 deadline extension

Paul (russia) asked if he has days left to extend the deadline. He has.
It looks like he wanted to extend the deadline but wasn't able to reply on my note.

Because it's the last move I'm willing to shift the deadline to october, 12th.

If none complains 'til wednesday evening, adjucation will be made on tuesday, 12th.
If anyone votes ageinst the extension, I'll adjucate tomorrow evening (I do have
preliminary orders for russia - so you don't have to change your orders ;-) )
