I am waiting for your retreat orders.  I will send a map as soon as I have a word from you about it.
Deadline this time is combined with retreats and builds. (simple choices anyway!)

Germany will have one more SC, but has nowhere to build.  France has 1 build IF [Army Burgundy] retreats OTB.
Italy has one build at Venice anyway.
Russia NMRd and is out.  He may send retreat orders that could affect Germany.  If he does, I will be forced to accept them, although I find it more fair to assign a CIVIL DISORDER and default retreat OTB on the Tzar.
