Same here Paul and I guess that's what made the difference. You 
continued to play a balanced game, Jake played the opportunistic 
game and I played something in the middle...but yes, generally more 
in the balanced kind of way, like you. My EGS reveals why I changed 
my attitude and obviously (while still lucky!) I made the right 
choice. Needless to say, IF I ever was to get into a position where 
I was to decide to throw the game to you I would ALWAYS have done 
so...
