Congratulations Julio

Hi All

I would just like to congratulate Julio for an impressive victory and a very
solid game.
I have been following the game on and off for the past 8 months and it was
very intereting to see the game develop.
I guess you can imagine my frustration for making it to the WM final without
the ability to actually play it.

I couldn't participate in the first few years of the game becasue I was in
the middle of a very intensive military course that left me an internet
connection only every other weekend. I tried keeping in touch with the game
through phone calls but it was harder than I thought.

I have no in-game input to give you because I never actually got a chance to
play this game. Joni is currently somewhere in South America so it will
probably take him a few months to send in his input.

I really hope to get a chance to play with you again some day.
