Announce: Pre-built Win32 binaries for 0.9.1

Norman Vine has kindly produced pre-built windows binaries for
FlightGear version 0.9.1.  These are now available from the FlightGear
downloads page.

Currently, the windows 0.9.1 base package is in .tgz format.  Winzip
understands this format.  However, it would be nice to have the base
package in .zip format.  Would someone be willing to zip up the 0.9.1
base package and let me know so we can arrange getting it over to the
ftp server.
