FlightGear server outage report.

Sunday morning, the building that housed the FlightGear servers had a 
major, unanticipated power outage.  The power came back sometime last 
night, but none of the servers powered themselves back on (I need to do 
some bios fiddling next time I reboot them.)

We had a small (but kind) donation of a CPU, motherboard and memory to 
the project so I took this opportunity to upgrade the main email/web/cvs 
server.  This upgrade only gives us a small boost in Mhz, but gives us a 
big boost (128Mb -> 512Mb) in system RAM.  We had been doing a lot of 
swapping on the server during high load times so this increase in memory 
should help avoid that.

Sorry for any inconvenience this outage caused.
