Announce: 2nd FlightGear pre-release

I have just released the 2nd 0.7.11 pre-release version of FlightGear.
This requires SimGear-0.0.19pre2 (http://www.simgear.org) and
plib-1.6.0 (http://plib.sf.net)

This pre-release version of FlightGear requires the cvs version of the
base package. (http://rockfish.net/fg)

We are shooting for Monday, September 9, 2002 for the official release
date.  I'm hoping lots of people can download and beat up on the
pre-release versions so we can eliminate as many bugs as possible.
