FlightGear-0.9.5-pre1 and SimGear-0.3.6-pre1

This is a quick announcement that the first pre-release for 
FlightGear-0.9.5 and SimGear-0.3.6 is now available for download (source 
code only) in the usual places.  If you have ever built FlightGear from 
source code (or wanted to) please take the time to download this pre 
release and report any issues you find with it.  Issues that we don't 
catch now will end up in the final release.
