Don’t ever point people at the CDN manually, all of these URLs should be retrieved e dynamically from DNS (same as FlightGear itself does using DNS TXT / NAPTR queries).

Otherwise we can’t dynamically edit the list of servers, which we sometimes need to do for infrastructure reasons. The one we probably can declare stable is `us1mirror` *except* not right now because I believe Frederic is about to have to migrate it :)
