It=E2=80=99s =E2=80=98AI=E2=80=99 in = the sense of some game -style actors / path-finding / control loops, and = would not be called AI in the modern era (or with the benefit of = hindsight). Unity calls these things =E2=80=98Actors=E2=80=99, some = other engines call then =E2=80=98Mobiles=E2=80=99 or =E2=80=98Mobs=E2=80=99= as in =E2=80=99things that move in the world that are not the main = player/camera/viewpoint=E2=80=99. Nevertheless, these =E2=80=98AI=E2=80=99 features can *also* be turned = off, by setting `=E2=80=94disable-ai-models` on the command line : this = will disable rendering most other aircraft however, since =E2=80=98AI = models=E2=80=99 (again, this name is terrible in 2026..) covers = simulated traffic, multi-player aircraft and scripted/scenario driven = vehicles such as carriers.
