Beech 1900

Whenever I try to takeoff in the Beech 1900, it takes up a lot of runway, like about 6000 ft. Then when it's in the air, when I try to pitch up, even slowly, it banks sharply and flies into the ground. When I try to bank, even the slightest, it sharply does so and flies into the ground.
