JSBSim standalone output.

Hello,
I'm using JSBSim standalone mode and socket output.
I've set rate="20" in aircraft xml file:
<output name="localhost" type="SOCKET" port="1138" rate="20">
When I listen to this socket I got 20 new lines coming at once each 
seconds. Is it possible(without change in source) to make JSBSim to give 
i.e. 1 line of output every 0.05s?

P.S. If it's not good place to post such question's where should I go?
