Up to know the rotorgear does not support proper simulation of engines. 
You can just define the maximum torque of the engine (by defining the 
power). For a better engine simulation you need to simulate it with a 
nasal script, which calculates the maximum torque the engine can produce 
at the actual rpm. Or, by setting the target rpm of the rotorgear to a 
value higher than the real target (to overrule the rotorgear governor), 
you can calculate the actual torque of the engine with nasal and 
simulate a governor within nasal or let the pilot doing this.
