FlightGear Mac OS X 2.0.0-r284 released

Hi there,

FlightGear Mac OS X 2.0.0-r284 has been released.
This is a bug fix version of 2.0.0, which fixes the following issues:
- FlightGear crashed on splash screen with "unknown exception"
- 3D clouds flickered on some nVidia chips such as GT 330M
