Hi Michael,

I am the moderator 'bugman' on the forum.  If you are IP blocked, then
there was a spam bot using your IP to spam the FlightGear forum.  Only spam
bot IP addresses are ever blocked - and I perform this action about 1-5
times a week.  Are you using VPN, TOR, or some other system to mask your IP
address when registering?  Could you also send your IP address and other
relevant information to me in private?  Although I do not have the access
to unblock IP addresses, I can forward your address in private to Curt and
Gijs to unblock it.  I can also look at what the spam bot with that IP
address was doing and when.  Also could you thoroughly check your system
for viruses and malware, as there could be a spam bot on your computer that
watched you access the forum, posted stuff there, and triggered your
blocking.
