The scenery tutorial is unfortunately somewhat out of date, and DEM-30 is
no longer in use. The current directory naming convention recognised by
genapts is:
cout << "The following subdirectories of the work-dir will be searched
for elevation files:\n\n";
cout << "SRTM-United_States-1\n";
cout << "SRTM-North_America-3\n";
cout << "SRTM-South_America-3\n";
cout << "SRTM-Eurasia-3\n";
cout << "DEM-USGS-3\n";
cout << "SRTM-30";
Just rename DEM-30 to SRTM-30 and you *might* be good to go - OTOH I'm not
sure if the elev processing is dependent on the directory name or simply
what it finds there, and whether DEM-30 and SRTM-30 processed data is
different in format or not.
