Minor, crossing runways problem

That reminds me.  I noticed (last week at the demo to SanDPyt) that
the crossing between 28R and 23 at KMYF is messed up in FGFS's base CVS.
I haven't looked whether this is generic and affects other airports,
whether it is a problem already discussed and/or fixed in TerraGear, etc.
