genapts

I downloaded the bleeding edge snapshot of TerraGear and the CVS version of 
FlightGear data and am having problems with genapts.

[paul@localhost FlightGear-Dev]$ ../TerraGear/bin/genapts 
--input=runways.dat.gz --work=Seattle/ --airport=KSEA
...
...

Does this look like a change in the data format or am I missing something  
important?

Also genapts was moaning about not finding a Seattle/poly_counter file so I 
created one manually and it stopped complaining.  :P
