You mention in your previous post that you're using a new compiler.  Have
you done a make clean and recompile / reinstall of nurbs++ (and all other
c++ dependencies of Terragear such as simgear and plib) with the new
compiler before trying to configure terragear?  You will almost certainly
need to.
