Query about Scenery Load

Hai,

            I am using flightgear-0.9.4. In code, I would like to change the location of Runway. How can I do it?
            
           I thought that gbs points of OBJECT_BASE is used for positioning Runway, but when I delete OBJECT_BASE in .stg file, the Runway is placed in correct position. How it happens? And I know that gbs points in runway btg (eg KSFO.btg) are not used for positioning.
           Can you please explain how sceneries are displayed, which function display the terrain and runway and which function position the terrain and runwayÂ.
