nurbs++ outdated

With the recent upgrade to plib 1.8.4, nurbs++ no longer compiles which in 
turn means no genairports.

In file included from cvector.h:31,
                 from cvector.cpp:27:
vector.h: In member function `int PLib::Vector<T>::rows() const':
vector.h:72: error: `sze' undeclared (first use this function)

It looks like nurbs++ is a dead project.
The last release was in 2002 and the last post on the forums was in 2003.
