You can regenerate the LFPO.btg using genapts.  It might have an --airport= command line option, or you might need to otherwise specify how to just create this airport, I can't remember OTOH.

However, if you've made any changes to the airport it is not guaranteed to fit nicely in the hole cut out of the scenery tile(s) for the previous version.  So you will probably need to rebuild the affected tile(s).  This is non-trivial - I suggest you follow the tutorials on www.terragear.org first for the standard scenery and make sure you can reproduce it, before starting to build your customisations.  You'll need elevation data (SRTM preferred now), land use data (vmap0) and the airport data.  I think that's about it - I don't think the standard scenery uses the hi-res coastlines anymore.
