There is a problem in timegettime function in w32. I didnt solve anything I 
simply extracted  w32 definition in time functions  . Then I ve HUGE error 
...thanks DAVE he previously replied the same problems solution.. after I 
get glx.h error in  glhacks and I dont have x11 installed and  extracted 
include line... and finally compiled ..hope these save the day solutions 
wont cause future problems:))
