Re: winmm.lib / undefined reference to _timeGetTime

OK. Will do.

I've managed to get Terragear to compile - I ran
./configure --without-x to disabled the X11 libraries.

However, I get a core dump every time I run genapts.
I've generated the .fit.gz files OK (though the tool
has to be run from it's own directory).

The README suggests running the .pl scripts to
generated runway.dat. However, once I do that genapts
doesn't like the resulting file format. In contrast,
running against the apt.dat file seems to read OK - at
least it reports the names of the airport.

Am I correct in thinking that the current CVS image
doesn't require the airports to be pre-processed?

I remember that I had to modify stl_vector.h
previously because of some unrequired (I thought)
references to std::max. Could this be related?
