[freeciv-data] New scenario from Freeciv.it group

Hi, 
in attach the Italian map made by me and
tested by the Italian user group.

It is a map 100x100 for 9 players.

Now, we are working to another scenario, more complex,
with a realistic design of Punic war (Romans vs Carthaginians). 
In scenario are also included greek, egyptian, celt and seleucid
with city and wonders in the original place.

It will be ready ASAP
