Ah.  I'd sure like to see a finished version.  I think it's going to be

What "other changes"?  If you mean the other data changes, yes, I will
handle those.

I, on the other hand, just fixed the Arab city list to use Arabic rather
than Anglicized forms.  Al-Qahira rather than Cairo, that sort of thing.
